Welcome to Walnut Park Middle School STEM Academic Counseling Department

 

I've been an academic and attendance counselor for 15 years, with the last 12 years proudly serving in the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). This is my third year at Walnut Park Middle School STEM Academy. I hold a Master's degree in Education from National University. 

Beyond my professional role, I'm a proud mother of a young adult, a wife, and a dedicated dog mom to three wonderful pups. 

I chose the school counseling profession because I'm passionate about helping students realize their full potential. I find great fulfillment in guiding them through their academic journey-whether it's selecting the right classes, setting meaningful goals, or exploring future opportunities -with confidence and purpose.
